The thing about nurturing our body with regular daily movement is that it improves every other aspect of our lives. You feel brighter, more energized, and definitely more relaxed in your day, the more you make time for your movement practice.

It’s been quite the year for us at Hannah’s Room Yoga, as we dove deeper into our yin yoga and personal training offerings, as well as our connection with you, our amazing community! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to anyone newly joining us in their movement journey.

Welcome! My name is Kelly, the Founder of Hannah’s Room Yoga and an advocate for a healthy, grounded, supportive lifestyle, one that allows you to lead the life you desire. I was drawn to yin yoga, meditation and personal training for the way these practices connect us deeper into our bodies in their intentional way. I teach my classes and my one-on-one sessions in a process that welcomes in mindful movement, inviting you to experience more autonomy and less fear around movement itself. I incorporate breathing, strength training, mobility training and therapy balls (Myofascial release) into my functional movement classes and personal training, helping you to enjoy healthy agility as you age.

If you’re looking to focus on specific needs, building strength and improving the way you feel and move in your daily life, a private one-on-one personal training session is a great option.

If you’re looking to connect with us in a small, intimate group class, deepening into the longer supported poses of yin, restorative or yoga Nidra, our yoga offerings are for you.

Our classes and personal training one-on-one sessions, which take place in my beautiful farmhouse studio in Hamilton, Ontario, are full of deeply supportive props, gentle guidance, training expertise, and all my knowledge to help you receive the most out of your time with us.

Along with my passion for yoga and training, I am a lover of activities like marathon running, indoor climbing, and, of course, walking my dog! There’s nothing like having a little variety in life!

If you’ve been curious about adding graceful, supportive movement into your life, or are drawn to the practice of yin yoga or personal training, like myself, send me a message, come and join us for a class or book a private, one-on-one session with me. We would love to have you as part of our community!

All the best – and see you soon!

Kelly
