The name Hannah’s Room is just that. In 2016, with my daughter Hannah we completed Anjeli Yoga Teacher Training (200HR). Their authentic teachings invited me to “live more consciously”, “deepen my practice and transform my body and heart.” I have always enjoyed an active lifestyle, hiking, climbing, and exercising. As I got older and busier, worry and fear were beginning to interfere with my ability to relax. Adding mindfulness and yoga has helped me become more aware of my thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, focusing on the hear and now and savouring the pleasures in my life.

We have added in an outdoor wood heated Cedar Sauna along with a cold plunge tank.
Hot and cold therapy can improve circulation, decrease stress, and improve sleep. Time spent outdoors in Nature allows your nervous system to reset.
Yoga-Movement Workshops incorporate outdoor hot and cold therapy for full relaxation and holistic wellness.
Thermal Therapy – Sauna
Our outdoor thermal therapy combines the warm, relaxing embrace of a wood burning Cedar sauna [heat] with the refreshing chill of a filtered cold plunge [cold].
